Artwork By Kids strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your prints, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days after package is received. We do not refund any shipping and handling charges.
Gressco Return Policy for Waiting Room Toys:
Returned shipments will not be accepted without prior written authorization and will not be authorized on products shipped 90 days or more from ship date. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping cartons with proper inner packing. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be inspected. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Merchandise made to special specifications (this would be any HABA products) can be cancelled or return unless damaged during shipping.
We have a 5 year manufacturers warranty against defects on all of our products.
